SAMPLE SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The sample will begin on 18th May 2024 from 11am to 8pm and conclude on 19th May 2024 from 11am - 8pm. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing.
We are NOT operating a ticket system; each time slot will be allocated different colour wristbands. Eg. 30 people in - 30 minutes time in store. First come, first serve basis.

ONLINE SAMPLE SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deadline for Customer Emails
- The last day for customers to email us regarding participation in the online sample sale is **9th July 2024** at 11:59pm.
- Only customers who have emailed us by this deadline will be eligible to participate. No exceptions will be made for late submissions.
Customer Verification and Password Distribution
- Each customer who emails us by the deadline will receive a unique password.
- This password will be sent to the email address on record for each customer.
- To prevent password sharing, each email address and corresponding password will be limited to one use only. One email address will receive one password.
Access to the Online Sample Sale
- The online sample sale will take place on 18th of July from 11:00 PM BST until 03:00 AM BST
- Customers must sign in during their one hour slot and will only be allowed 30 minutes to shop AND 10 minutes to checkout. After the 30 minutes is up you will no longer be able to access the sample sale online.
-Each login and password will be limited to ONE time use on a single device only. If your unique login does not work it is because they have been shared. We regret we cannot provide access to the sale under these circumstances. Please keep your credentials secure to avoid any inconvenience.

TAXES & DUTIES
United Kingdom - Orders delivered within the U.K. include U.K. VAT where applicable. No additional duties are payable on delivery.
United States - For customers shipping to the United States, import taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery. If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to clear customs, the cost of the original shipping, any non-refundable duties/taxes, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

TAXES & DUTIES
United Kingdom - Orders delivered within the U.K. include U.K. VAT where applicable. No additional duties are payable on delivery.
United States - For customers shipping to the United States, import taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties or taxes upon delivery. If an order is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to clear customs, the cost of the original shipping, any non-refundable duties/taxes, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
All Other International Destinations - Customers outside the U.K. and U.S. are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country, payable on arrival. Regulations differ by country, and we cannot cover these additional costs. Please check with your local customs authority for an accurate calculation before ordering.
If the customer refuses the package or the parcel cannot be delivered, they are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your order store credit once the shipment has been received at the warehouse.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
Orders placed during the Online Sale will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges, only store credit. Bodysuits are not eligible for a refund/exchange or store credit. If an order contains both sale items and full-price items, only the full-price items will be eligible for a refund, subject to our standard Returns Policy. Sale or promotional items within the same order will remain eligible for store credit only.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date it is delivered to notify us of your return using our portal. Once logged you have an additional 14 days to ship your return. If you ship your return after this period it will be sent back.

ALL ONLINE SALE ORDERS MUST USE THE RETURN PORTAL TO RETURN THEIR ITEM/S. We do not offer free returns. You can either use your own courier service or pick one from the portal. If you use your own courier please use a tracked service to the address provided on the return form. We take no responsibility for returns not being delivered if you choose to do this and we recommend you to keep your proof of postage.
Store Credit
Instead of refunds or exchanges, customers will receive store credit for the same value of the items they return. This store credit will be issued via gift card which will be valid for one year from the date it is issued.
Conditions for Store Credit
To qualify for store credit, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all the tags and the security ribbon still attached. There must be no stains, hair or odours.
Order Amendments and Cancellations
Once an order is placed we will try our best to accommodate any amendments or cancellations before dispatch but this is not guaranteed.
Defective/Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our customer service immediately within seven days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If this is the case we will only be offering store credit and replacement orders. The tags and security ribbon must be still attached.
